We understand the trust you place in us in maintaining your privacy. This Privacy Policy will inform you of 1) the information we collect, 2) how we may use this information and 3) that we will not share your information.

What Information We May Collect & How We Use It
FruitFlowers.com does not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. This means we don't require Customers to register or provide information to us in order to view our site. We use the information you supply for the purpose of providing the services you have requested. In addition, FruitFlowers.com may from time-to-time contact you via email or regular mail, unless you opt-out by following the instructions in the "opting out" section of this policy.

Customers who shop with us from one (or more) of our retail workshops or via FruitFlowers.com, should know that we collect the following information: your name, address, phone number, email address, billing information including credit card number and expiration date as well as the name, address and phone number of any gift recipients. We use this information to process orders or otherwise described in this privacy policy. The email address you provide is used for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order or otherwise as described in this privacy policy. We may also contact Customers and Recipients via email or regular mail from time-to-time to customers up-to-date on the latest FruitFlowers.com news or to send a printed brochure. We will not share, sell or communicate email address with third parties. If a Customer would like to opt out of receiving mailings from FruitFlowers, please follow the instructions in the "opting out" section of this policy.

In certain instances we may disclose your personally identifiable information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities who may be causing harm to you, FruitFlowers Franchisees & Affiliates or Incredible Franchise Corporation. We may also disclose your personally identifiable information when we believe the law requires it. In the event of a merger, consolidation or sale or transfer of all or substantially all of our company or its assets, it is possible that all Customer information collected by FruitFlowers.com, FruitFlowers Franchises and Affiliates will be transferred to the purchaser or the new company.

Opting Out
If you would rather not receive marketing emails from us, please opt out clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the marketing email you received. If you would rather not receive our mailed brochures or other promotional material mailings addressed to your postal address, please let us know by contacting the store from whom you have purchased in the past. If you contact our corporate franchise offices we will make every attempt to help determine which franchise or affiliate location is marketing to you.

Cookies and Web Beacons
FruitFlowers.com uses "cookies". A cookie is a small file that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to help us determine whether a User has visited one of our FruitFlowers webstore locations before or if they are new User. Cookies also allow our Customers to save time during checkout in return visits. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but they should also allow you to instruct your browser to prevent the use of cookies. Please note that if you disable cookies certain features on FruitFlowers.com will not function seamlessly, such as determining the store from which you are ordering. FruitFlowers also tracks users with "web beacons", a commonly used technology. This allows us to anonymously track purchases and other website information. These web beacons may be used to provide data to Incredible Franchise Corporation for marketing research purposes. Like the function of “cookies”, no personal information is collected or transferred using web beacons on FruitFlowers.com

We also use "web beacons" in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been open by recipients. This allows us to track the effectiveness of certain communications as well as the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Third Parties Service Providers
FruitFlowers Franchisees & Affiliates and Incredible Franchise Corporation sometimes employ other companies and individuals to perform services. For example, we may hire direct mail house service providers, contract drivers to deliver gifts, administration and hosting of e-mail marketing services. These parties and any others with whom we contract agree to hold FruitFlowers Customer information in confidence, not use it for any purpose except to carry out the requested service, and honor FruitFlowers' confidentiality and non-disclosure policies in the way this information is handled.

Security
FruitFlowers Franchisees & Affiliates and Incredible Franchise Corporation have established security measures including electronic security in our software as well as management controls that limit the potential for misuse of information by employees, managers and other third party service providers.

We welcome all questions, comments, feedback, photographs and inquiries regarding our website, products and/or services (“Feedback”), which you submit to us by our Feedback Form but please be aware that Feedback shall be 1) shared with the appropriate Franchise or Affiliated workshop, 2) shall be considered non-confidential and 3) becomes the property of Incredible Franchise Corporation. By submitting Feedback, you hereby agree to assign, all right, title and interest in copyrights and other intellectual property rights on a worldwide basis to the Feedback, at no charge. We shall be free to use Feedback on an unrestricted basis.
