Delivery times are not guaranteed.
When selecting delivery date, please verify that the recipient will be home to receive the gift.
There is no money back guarantee in the event that the Gift Recipient is not available to accept the delivery.
Our drivers have been trained to make every attempt to deliver the gift according to your instruction, as such we are not responsible for gift products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the Sender, unsuccessful deliveries arising from the Recipient not being available at time of delivery at the address supplied by the Sender, reduced product freshness or quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the Sender, or to an alternative delivery address requested by the Sender. All of our bouquets, fruit baskets, and chocolate dipped fruit are made to order and are to be enjoyed when received; products should be refrigerated to maintain freshness and reduced product freshness or quality caused by improper handling by the Recipient is not our responsibility. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address.
In the event that a delivery can not be fulfilled, replacement costs or re-delivery fees may apply – however, we address each situation on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact the providing FruitFlowers Franchisee, Affiliate or the Incredible Franchise Corporation office.
Web Prices; Containers; Availability
All prices listed on the Sites are subject to change. Incredible Franchise Corporation has shown Suggested Retail Prices on the www.FruitFlowers.com homepage, however, Franchisees and Affiliates are free to set their own retail prices. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our private label suppliers, we shall have the right, prior to the acceptance of your order, to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
We try our best to prepare our products to match the photos you see on our website. However, the containers shown are subject to availability and may be substituted at any time without notice in accordance with the guidelines set forth by Incredible Franchise Corporation. The availability of products and other items is subject to change at any time without notice.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Payment Terms
For each product or service you order on any of the Sites, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product, including any sales taxes and delivery fees, as of the time you submitted the order. FruitFlowers Franchisee or Affiliate will process your order and bill your credit card submitted as part of the order process. All orders are non-refundable.
Promotional Offers
From time to time, Franchisees, Affiliates or Incredible Franchise Corporation will issue Promotional Offers via special online pricing, or discounts for which a Promo Code will be required. These special offers, Promotional Codes or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and are subject to the terms defined. These offers are available for a limited time and there is a limit of one promotion per order, per customer. If you use the same Promo Code on multiple orders placed online, the fulfilling workshop may elect not to honor the Discount, Special Offer or Promotion.
Order Cancellation Policy
FruitFlowers.com may limit the option for orders to be edited or cancelled after acceptance of the order and no later than twenty-four (24) hours (for fruit products), and forty-eight (48) hours (for vegetable products) prior to the requested delivery date except in the event of a Holiday, in which case, the lead time is four (4) days prior. Holidays are defined as, but are not limited to: New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times and our best efforts to provide the best service to all of our Customers at that time.
