Susan Ellman and Ellen Davis began
Incredibly Edible Delites, Inc. in 1984, as a cottage industry in their own kitchens. What started out as a great party idea quickly grew into a healthy, exciting, delectably delicious alternative to sending flowers. An Incredibly Edible Delite can be found in hospital rooms or nurses stations, on conference tables or cocktail tables, "Delite"-ing and impressing.

Word of these delicious arrangements has spread far and wide causing Incredibly Edible Delites, Inc. to grow. In a carefully orchestrated plan, Incredible Franchise Corporation was formed. The first franchise location opened in September 1993 in Westville, New Jersey. Since that time, the company has blossomed into a multi-franchise, coast-to-coast organization.
